In the assembled state, the components encompass the piston connecting rod. The reinforcement component (10) connected to the sealing disc (7) is simultaneously formed as guide component for the piston connecting rod (1). The reinforcement component is formed as a flat disc (13). It can also be formed as an angle ring or as a U-shaped ring body with two axially directed arms pointing in the same direction. In yet another form, the reinforcement component can be Z-shaped in cross-section with two axially running arms pointing in opposite directions. The hole (14) of the reinforcement component or of its radially inwardly, axially directed arms encompasses the piston connecting rod only with slight radial clearance.
