<p>An envelope with a return form in accordance with prescribed postal and legal administrative requirements is intended for computer printer treatment, especially the laser one of an arbitrary type, as a single or continuous printing form. The envelope according to the invention is composed of a top sheet (1) and a back sheet (2) which are interconnected on two opposite edges (3) by which the envelopes are arranged into an endless printing form, and on one of the two edge zones (4), while on another edge zone (5), they are unconnected and one of them (1 or 2) is fitted with a known adhesion strip (6) along this edge zone (5) matching exactly to the other one (2 or 1). On the front sheet (1), a sheet (9) representing the "return form" and occupying approximately half of the sheet (1) is positioned, and attached to it by its edge zones (10) running parallel with the envelope edges (4, 5), the edge zones being separated from the sheet by perforations (11).</p> |
