The present invention describes an improved tubing-cleaning device, which incorporates from a fishing mast on upper end, a threaded connection for a central mandrel and tubing-cleaning elements, which are formed by flat, resistant, circular-cut sheet material and having notches thereon. Tubing-cleaning elements are alternatively separated in such a way that notches on tubing-cleaning elements are overlapped on top or underneath projecting tubing-cleaning elements. Elongated separators are placed between adjacent tubing-cleaning elements. Central mandrel ends on a flexible coupling formed by resilient material or a spring. Then it is connected to a floating chamber underneath to cause device to float on perforation side on tubing chain, as tubing chain is pulled from well hollow.
