<p>A glass of the system Na2O-K2O-CaO-MgO-SiO2 is crushed under 0,177 mm, mixed with 0,5 up to 10 w.% of a foaming agent selected among CaCO3, MnO2 and water glass, the mixture heated at the speed of 3 up to 10 degrees Celsius/min up to the temperature of 900 degrees Celsius, the maximal temperature held for up to 10 minutes, and the products then cooled down at the same speed to the room temperature. Up to 2 w.% pigment and/or up to 10 w.% binder may be added to the crushed glass. Waste glass may be applied to the process too. The product obtained according to this process is applicable as insulating material, filler and/or decoration material in civil engineering and for vehicles and transport devices on earth, air and water.</p> |
