Galvonometer mirror used to control direction of a laser beam

The galvonometer mirror 26 used to control the direction of the laser directed at the head on the arm of an optical disc pick up system is set into a holder 5. The holder is supported on top and bottom pivot points 51,52 and the ends are formed to receive the excitation coils of actuators. The actuators are completed by permanent magnets 63,64 that form stator elements.
