<p>The electro hydraulic drive consists of a chassis featuring a moving piston driven by the force of spring against the pump pressure. The pump and the magnetic valve for reverse action are combined into a pipe-shaped generator which is with two elastic elements connected to the piston, while the generator is submerged into hydraulic media. By the pipe-like shape of the generator the diameter of the drive is substantially reduced. By submerging into hydraulic media, noise and vibration dampening as well as removal of heat improve. The generator extension, which exerts pressure onto the limit switch via a lever is sealed by a diaphragm. The lever is elastic enough not to damage the limit switch even with the occurrence of an excessive stroke. The gear of the lever is dimensioned in such a way that a minimum stroke of the extension is sufficient to switch off the limit switch. If the generator includes only a safety magnetic valve which must remain open if there's no throughput, the magnetic valve is connected via a relay switchable by the control voltage.</p> |
