The product is used in the food industry and culinarypurposes for the preparation of salads, fillings, appetizers,sandwiches and salty cakes and for fast food shops based onyogourts, mayonnaise and/or semolina. It has improved tastequalities and, depending of the type, quantity and size of theingredient particles, is suitable for a wide range of age-groupsstarting from 6-month old to the maximum human age. In addition itcan be consumed both by healthy and by ill persons subjected toenteral suralimentation. The foodstuff is in the form of a mixtureof condensed yogourt fermented with L. bulgaricus and Str.termofilus, and mayonnaise in ratio from 100:9 to 100:151 and/orsemolina in ratio 100:10 to 100:150, and/or additives such askaiser-type meats, ham, salami, olives, onions, heat-treatedwalnuts, aubergines, spinach roots with the stems, maize, beans,lentles, rice, wheat, different type of meats, animal subproducts,fish, chaviar, fresh lettuces and cucumbers or canned cucumbers,califlower, garlic or maize. The mixtures can be aerated,gelatined or in finished forms of flour-products for standardfeeding.26 claims |
