The invention refers to an industrial socket-plug used to connect various consumers who use high intensity current. The socket-plug comprises a casing [1] provided with a groove [a] wherein a collar [3] is inserted, the collar being provided with a circular shape groove [b] where the fastening cover [4] is inserted. By screwing on a cylindrical portion [m] of casing [1], the flexible seal [6] is clamped between two packing glands [5], and the distortion of the flexible seal ensures the cable - casing sealing. The pressure produced by the truncated cone surface [l] of the fastening cover [4] and by the surface [h] of casing [1] fastens and blocks the cable via ribs [j] holding the packing glands.
