The invention refers to a lower limb training machine used in kinetotherapy and general physical training. According to the invention, the machine contains some guides (P) which have a support onto which some roller axles (2) are mounted, and some wheels (3) fixed on a holder (1) by means of some connecting elements (4 and 5), as well as a frame (8) fixed to the guides (P), so that when one of the guides (P) goes up, the other one goes down.
