<p>The invention relates to a diagnostic method for detecting the rupture of foetal membranes as well as a kit for such detection. With the present invention it has been found that, by determining the presence of inhibin B in vaginal secretions of pregnant women, a reliable method for diagnosing premature rupture of foetal membranes can be obtained.</p> |
