INVASIVE METHOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF ENCOPRESIS AND ENURESIS NOCTURNA IN COMBINATION OR INDIVIDUALLY

The method is applied in children of the 6-18 age-group. Itincludes single placing of epidural catheter at lavel L3-L4 tolevel Th10-Th11 through which Lidocaine 1% from 2 to 6 ml isapplied and after a pause of 10 minutes Bupivacaine 0.25% from 1to 3 ml is applied. The applications are made three times a dayfor 5 deys. The dose of the local anaesthetics is determined onstrictly individual basis.
