The dress has an area near the V of the legs which dividesinto two pairs of panels for the legs (10, 14, 12, 16) and a slithole (26) fitted along the lengths of the perineal region. Hole(26) at the V-part of the legs can open and close by means of abuttoning device (34) which is concealed in closed position. It ismounted along th length of the line of the perineum in such a waythat in closed position it attains the appearance of an ordinaryseam of a broad stitch.13 claims, 16 figures
