A culture medium dispenser (1) capable of smoothly dispensing a culture medium even when the quantity of dispensing is small, comprising a dish conveying mechanism (20) for conveying a petridish (10) along a predetermined route, a movable table (30) disposed on the conveying route at a predetermined angle theta of inclination obliquely up towards the downstream side of the conveyance moving in a circle in a horizontal plane in the predetermined forward direction and in the reverse direction to cause the placed dish (10) in both the forward and reverse directions in a horizontal direction while the dish (10) is tilted obliquely up towards the downstream side of the conveyance, and culture medium dispensing means (50) disposed on the downstream side from the center in the conveying direction inside the dish (10) placed on the movable table (30), for dispensing a predetermined quantity of the culture medium in such a way that at least a part of the medium comes into contact with the inner surface of the sidewall of the dish (10).
