The invention refers to a heat exchanger with thermal tubes, which consists of subassemblies (B and C), each of which is made up of a tubular plate (4 or 5) provided with holes (6) which are spaced out and positioned on concentric rows (c and d), the thermal tubes (2) being fixed separately on a single row of holes (c). The heat exchanger with several rows of thermal tubes is obtained by assembling the two subassemblies (B and C).
