INTRATUMORAL ADMINISTRATION OF TRIPHENYLETHYLENES FOR THE TREATMENT OF CANCER
摘要
A method of treatment of cancer by intratumoral injections of non-steriodal triphenylethylene antiestrogens such as toremifene and tamoxifen is described. High local triphenylethylene concentrations in tumors is provided while systemic distribution via circulation to other organs is limited.
