In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a building structure including a first enclosed dining area. The first enclosed di ning area further includes an entrance for access thereto. The first enclosed dining area has displayed therein a special effect selected from the group consisting of a visua l effect, an audio effect, a tactile effect, an olfactory effect, a taste effect, a motion effect and combinations thereof. The special effect selected from the group and displayed in the first enclosed dining area is a special effect designed to crea te a first theme. The building structure also includes an at least second enclosed dining a rea. The second enclosed dining area further includes an entrance for access thereto. The second enclosed dining area has displayed therein a special effect selected from the group consisting of a visual effect, an audio effect, a tactile effect, an olfac tory effect, a taste effect, a motion effect and combinations thereof. The special ef fect selected from the group and displayed in the second enclosed dining area is a sp ecial effect designed to create a second theme.
