The invention concerns a device (100) for controlling the flow of a granular product, said device being characterised in that it comprises: a chamber (9) forming a stator; rotating inside the stator, a hollow rotor (12) with its axis orthogonal to the chamber axis including an assembly of cells (13) opening at its periphery and inside the rotor; inside the rotor, in the cylindrical volume of said internal diameter, a flap in the form of a shutter, movable between a first position substantially located opposite the stator inlet such that the flap and the cells moving in front constitute a displacement pump and a second position wherein the flap clears the inlet. |
