The invention relates to a bushing for fastening of track rods (1) between the chassis and the wheel-bearing housing in cars and it comprises an outer sleeve (3) intended to be fastened to the end of the track rod (1) with its envelope surface, an inner co-axial sleeve (4) intended to be fastened to the wheel-bearing housing or the chassis, and a flexible material, such as rubber (5), between the sleeves. The bushing is characterized, according to the invention, in that axial recesses (6, 7) are made in the flexible material (5) and that inflatable bulbs (8) for connection to a source of a gaseous or liquid medium under pressure are arranged in at least one of the recesses (6, 7) in the extension of the track rod (1).
