FIELD: machine tool manufacture, namely, gear cutting machine tools, possibly development of equipment for milling and grinding cylindrical arched gear wheels. SUBSTANCE: machine tool for working arched teeth of cylindrical gear wheels includes table with rolling around mechanism provided with toothed rack pairs, indexing table with drive unit mounted on faceplate of machine tool table with means for mounting worked cylindrical gear wheel, frame carrying in rectilinear guides tool supports provided with cross and lengthwise slides with cutting and grinding heads placed in common casings arranged symmetrically relative to rotation axis of faceplate. Grinding head is provided with tail spindle, sleeve and drive unit that is made with possibility of controlling displacement value of rotation axis of grinding head spindle relative to sleeve axis. Cutting and grinding heads of each pair of tool supports are arranged at one side of their common casings. Cross slides have rigidly secured racks engaged with gear wheel by clearance-free engagement. Gear wheel is rigidly joined with rolling around table of machine tool that may be powered from separate electric motor. Spindle of grinding head is mounted on bearings in tail spindle eccentrically relative to its rotation axis. Sleeve is mounted on bearings in casing. Tail spindle and sleeve are rotated by means of autonomous drive units. Machine tool is provided with numerical program control system having converters of matched rotation values of rolling around table, indexing table, tail spindle, sleeve and lengthwise slides. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of involute profile of arched teeth of cylindrical gear wheels, simplified construction of machine tool. 1 cl, 2 dwg1 |
