FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has basic plates for upper and lower jaws coupled to each other in constructional occlusion by means of fixing appliance, lower pip pelot and cheek pelots. In addition, device is provided with Adams cramp-irons and orthodontic screws. Fixing appliance includes guide tubes secured on upper-jaw plate to receive L-shaped pins positioned on lower-jaw plate. Lower-lip pelot is placed on lower-jaw plate, and cheek pelots are coupled to one another by means of flexible tie-rod.
