FIELD: device facilitating walking of individual carrying load, may be used as seat. SUBSTANCE: cane-seat has cane with handle and tip, supporting rods curved in their mid portion, seat positioned on upper ends of supporting rods, and retaining unit. Seat is made rigid and connected with upper ends of supporting rods provided with tips and wheels. Cane has load hanging hook, movable slotted bracket pivotally connected with seat, and pin with supporting nuts. Unit for retaining supporting rod and cane is formed as pin extending through openings made in members to be joined.
