SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivative of (1-heteroazolyl-1-hetero- -cycloalkyl)-alkane of the general formula (I) where X - oxygen or sulfur; Z - O, S, N-R2 or C= N; R1 - H, alkyl, halogen, or R1 and a ring form together benzofuran ring system; R2 - H, lower alkyl, alkoxyalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, acylhydroxyalkyl or CF3;; A- or ; W-O, NH; R3 -H, lower alkil or acyl; R4 is alkyl, cyclopropyl or perfluoroalkyl, or R3 and R4 form together a ring where n = 4; R5 and R6 - H or lower alkyl or its heometric or optic isomers or racemates, for exception of 1-(4-pyridyl)-1- -(2-thiazolyl)-ethanol and 1-(2-pyridyl)-1-(2-thiazolyl)-ethanol. Compounds of the formula (I) are valuable for treatment of patients with acute and chronic neuropsychiatric processes leading to dying off and dysfunction of nervous cells.
