The bottom ends of the two identical vertical support bars (12) each have a slide-wedge (14) and holder (16). The wedge-shaped clamping surface of the slide-wedge diverges downwards from the support bar and forms an adjustably-sized clamping gap with the holder. The two top ends of the support bars have attached holder bars of equal length and on the same plane and which jut out to one side. One of the holder bars holds a spring pre-tensioned winder drum (32) onto which is wound a length of flexible material (34). The other holder bar (26) has suspension-pieces for fixing the front end of the length of material.
