FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing a pharmaceutical composition in the form of agglomerates, a pharmaceutical preparation and a method of its preparing. Method involves preparing a pharmaceutical composition in the form of agglomerates containing 70-97 wt.-% of 2-(4-isobutyl- -phenyl)-propionic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and 3-30 wt.-% of starch component. This method involves the following stages: preparing an emulsion containing 70-97 wt. -% of 2-(4-isobutylphenyl)-propionic acid or its salt, solvents system, 3-30 wt.-% of starch component, water and optionally surface-active substance; crystallization and preparing a suspension containing crystals of 2-(4-isobutylphenyl)-propionic acid or its salt at direct contact with starch component; stirring the indicated suspension and formation of agglomerates containing a distributed mixture of 2-(4-iso-butylphenyl)-propionic acid or its salt and starch component; collection of the indicated agglomerates and optionally drying the indicated agglomerates. Invention describes also pharmaceutical preparations containing 90-99.98 wt.-% this composition together with 0.02-10% pharmaceutically acceptable filling agent that are useful for direct tabletting to make tablets.
