SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of melt, melt supply to rotating mold, solidification and withdrawal of product, building up of additional capillary pressure before or after melt supply and changing the shape and radius of meniscus between melt and solidified product by installation of restricting member with application of vibrations to it with frequency of I-10 Hz. The device for embodiment of the method includes bath with melt, rotating mold and restricting member which may be made of material wettable or nonwettable with melt and made with plain or cylindrical surface and located with inclination relative to melt surface at an angle of 10-120 deg.
