SUBSTANCE: balloon has casing which may be inflated with gas and connected to earth by means of elongate member, illuminating device which may be connected to power source, driving devices responsive to deformation of balloon casing and/or to gas pressure within casing and capable of acting upon switch control device. The latter is connected to power supply member of illumination device power source for breaking or recovering power supply member to provide value below or exceeding threshold value. Illuminating inflated balloon has member providing pulsed operation of illumination device. EFFECT: increased entertaining effect and simplified construction. 8 cl, 6 dwgn
