Novel insulin derivatives having a rapid onset of action

New fast acting insulin derivatives (I) with Asn at position B3 and B27-B29 are replaced with another naturally occuring neutral or acidic amino acids, and with Asn at position A21 optionally replaced by Asp, Gly, Ser, Thr or Ala, and Phe at position B1, and the amino acid at position B1 are optionally deleted.
