Production of polymer-modified bitumen from used elastomers and distillate bitumen

Production of polymer-modified bitumen from distillate bitumen (mixture) and blown bitumen, and 1-15 wt.% used elastomers comprises crushing the production waste in a mill (1) under water to a particle size at most 5 x 5 mm, transferring the mixture obtained to a water trough (2), and used elastomers from the surface of the water trough (2) by pump (3) via a sieve (4) with balance (5) and dosing directly to the funnel of at least turbine stirrers into bitumen tanks (10). The bitumen-polymer mixture obtained is fed to a stirrer container (12) and sent for shipment (15).
