The arrangement includes at least a platform (12) on which cargo (32) is positioned. A swinging lever arrangement is provided with at least one swinging lever (20,26). A first end (24,30) of the lever is in operation with the platform. The second end (22,28) of the lever is arranged in a vehicle (10). The swinging force in the rotation centre of the second end of the swinging lever can be induced. Preferably, the rotation centre of the second end of the swinging level is coupled to a hydraulic swinging motor and to a tackle line.
