摘要 The synchronisation method involves the driver pre-selecting a gear. The engine revolutions are monitored and the necessary engine connect speed is determined. The reliability of the calculated speed is checked and if it is not reliable, the gear selection is disallowed and the nearest possible gear is indicated. A gear change process is started by synchronising the slow gear set. The gear change time is compared with the maximum programmed gear set change time, and if the gear change time is larger than the gear set change time, the gear set is reset to neutral and the transmission changes to the target gear and the clutch is applied. The gear is changed to the low gear set while maintaining a synchronisation speed before the clutch is closed.
