Variable valve drive for internal combustion engine

The variable valve drive has two parallel commonly driven camshafts which have an offset timing and can be selectively connected to the valves depending upon engine parameters. There is an adjuster coaxial to one of the camshafts and connected to a drive motor. The adjuster (14) which is coaxial to the one camshaft also forms a rotational angle limiting stop for the other.
