The conductor (R) lies in a narrow vertical slot (1) in the insulator moulding, between the main body (2) and a clamping plate (2a), integrally moulded with it and connected to it at the bottom. A rectangular locking frame (3) is hinged in a circular section channel (5) in the insulator top. Its hinged side (7), rectangular in section, has it major dimension (P) sightly less than the channel diameter, while the major (p) permits insertion through an entry slot (6) into the channel. At the opposite side, the frame has a convex inner face fitting a shallow groove (8) on the clamping plate, so locking the conductor in its slot, when the frame, after insertion in the channel, is rotated through 90 degrees.
