The air pressure suit is made up of parts, in- and de-flatable air cushions (111,112,113,114) (121,122,123,124) inside the parts and inlet/outlet (13) to be connected to the cushions by inlet/outlet sleeves (4). Thus the upper part has an upper part (11) to enclose the upper body of the user and a bottom suit part (12) for the lower body. The cushions can be connected by the sleeves to the inlet/outlet (13) to pass the compressed air and the cushions are variously grouped so that those in any one group are inflated or deflated at the same time. Cushions for the left and right hand body top and bottom parts are inflated or deflated simultaneously and for sixteen cushions these come in groups of four. Thus cushions (111,121) massage hands and feet, and cushions (112,122) serve forearms and calves, using cushions (114,124) to massage the areas between legs and arms. Two cushions or layers of cushions (114,115,124,125) overlap each other in shoulder and/or waist regions.
