Thermosetting moulding materials (TMM) for the production of conductive moulded parts for direct electroplating, comprises curable resins, 5-25 wt% coke or gas flame coal with a particle size /} 0.3 mm and 5-20 wt% carbon black, plus fillers and additives, etc. Also claimed production of electroplated mouldings by mixing the components to a homogeneous mass, moulding and curing as usual, degreasing the moulding and electroplating directly.
