The brush casing (1) contains two parallel top and bottom compartments (1.3,1.8). A cylindrical outlet channel (1.4) for the toothpaste extends from the top compartment and beyond the bottom compartment. The part of the channel (1.5) extending above the bottom compartment is removable and acts as a dispenser outlet hole that contains a locking device (1.1) for keeping the toothpaste inside the top compartment when the brush is not being used. The top compartment is sealed using a mechanism (3.1,3.4) associated with a spring. The top compartment has a viewing window. Toothpaste added to the top compartment is forced by the spring to flow through the outlet channel to the outlet hole. Pulling the brush out from the bottom compartment in the case applies pressure to the vertical arm (1.1.2) of the locking device and lifts it open to allow toothpaste to flow through the outlet hole and on to the brush. A handle at the bottom end of the brush shaft is used to move the brush in and out of the bottom compartment.
