The exterior of the parallel grooves (1.1) is U or V shaped; the bases of the grooves face each other. The profiled support (1) has an externally convexly curved outer cross-sectional shape (1.2) in which the grooves are positioned. Where the convex curve is a full circle, the two pairs of grooves lie on parallel equidistant planes in relation to a diagonal plane (1.3). In the case of a part-circle, the grooves lie on a parallel plane with the diagonal plane formed as the contact side.
