The document processing system commences by identifying documents from their sequence then digitising the documents, then transmits them, in digital form, toward the processing system (5). The documents are processed then brought together and linked to a management system. The physical documents are then returned to the start for subsequent physical use. Each document is physically numbered and physically archived. The digital document is then processed to add information and commentary for use by the processing system. The documents are grouped into folders for sending to the processing system, and are automatically transmitted at regular intervals.
