Roll-upable awning

An operating device is provided on the housing (2) for rolling out the awning. The awning strip (1) along its side edges has components of fixture devices (6) which can be joined together and to which in the rolled-out state side walls (7) are fixed, in order to form a front tent. The awning strip is in the form of a trapezium, whereby the withdrawable front edge and the rear edge fixed in the housing run parallel to the housing. The components of fixture devices along the side edges of the awning strip, on winding up the awning onto the roller (4), are located around the shaft in a spiral or screw fashion.
