<p>The oxygen concentrator appts., for medical use with inhalation therapy, has component groups of a foamed carrier material (1) held within the housing. At least two further foamed covers are against the carrier (1) to hold and enclose them. The carriers (1) and covers are of expanded polypropylene, expanded polyethylene or polystyrene, with a density of 40-60 g/l. A separate compressor zone (17) is within the housing, for the compressor (18). The compressor (18) rests loosely on mounting pedestals (19) in the compressor zone (17). The system has separate flow paths for cooling air and breathing air. Mol. filters of a granular zeolite material are within the filter element for nitrogen ADVANTAGE : The appts. is easy to produce and simple to use, with low noise emissions and vibration.</p> |
