A body slimming belt comprising a belt body (2) to be wound directly on a body portion to be slimmed and uneven portions (3) each comprising a plurality of projections (31) and formed on the inner surface of the belt body (2), wherein the heights of adjacent projections (31, 31) of the uneven portions (3) and gaps between the projections are set so that the surface of the subject body portion can be clamped between the adjacent projections (31, 31) in accordance with the motion of the subject portion. The subcutaneous fat of the surface of the subject portion is scattered and lost in accordance with the motion of the subject portion by being clamped between the projections (31, 31), thus producing the body slimming effect.
