<p>A seal structure for gas turbines, capable of controlling a clearance of a seal portion and reducing a quantity of leakage air, which comprises a seal ring (1) fixing an inner shroud (32) of a stationary blade (31), arms (2, 3) projecting along a lower portion of the inner shroud (32), and honeycomb seals (4a, 4b) fixed to the arms (2, 3) respectively, one (4a) of which being provided so as to be opposed to and keep a predetermined clearance (t) with respect to fins (11a) formed on a rotor arm (11) of a platform (22) of a moving blade (21), while the other (4b) of which being provided so as to be opposed to and keep a predetermined clearance (t) with respect to fins (14b) formed on a seal portion (14a) of a seal plate (14) of the moving blade (21). The predetermined clearance (t) can be continuously maintained without being influenced by the deformation of the inner shroud (32), which occurs after the starting of an operation of the gas turbine, since the honeycomb seals (4a, 4b) are fixed to the arms (2, 3) of the seal ring (1) provided independently of the inner shroud (32).</p> |
