Catheter valves display leakage after a certain service time resulting chiefly from the fact that the amount of pressure affecting parts of the valve is not adjustable. The invention proposes a catheter valve which, by adjustment and/or variation of the forces (closing forces) affecting the valve parts, guarantees a high degree of tightness even after a long service time. |
