发明名称 Förfarande och system för rening av komplexa avloppsvatten
摘要 A strongly pH-reducing acid (12) and precipitating agent (13) are used to form an inorganic sludge (14). A dye adsorbent material (16a) and pH-regulator (17) are added before or during sedimentation (5), the nutrient salt (19) and oxygen content in the flow of water through the bioreactor (7, 8) are regulated, and a flocking chemical (19) is added before or during biosludge separation (10). Water temperature is reduced to near that of the purified water vessel (11) temperature in an oxygen saturation device (21) between the biosludge separator and vessel. A process for the purification of complex effluent water comprises combining a partial flow (1) containing cellulose fibres and dye residues from a papermaking process, with a second partial flow (2) containing inorganic filler and/or inorganic coating pigment, to form a main flow (4a-4f) which is passed through at least one sedimentation step to remove a sludge sediment (6), at least one bioreactor containing a microorganism culture and supplied with an oxygen-containing gas (9), and at least one biosludge separator. The purified main flow is then supplied to a vessel. A strongly pH-reducing acid and precipitating agent are added to the second partial flow in order to precipitate an inorganic sludge which is removed in a sludge separator (15) upstream from the point (3) where the two partial flows meet. A dye adsorbent material and pH-regulator are added to the main flow of water before or during sedimentation, the nutrient salt and oxygen content in the flow of water through the bioreactor are regulated, and a flocking chemical is added to the water before or during biosludge separation, resulting in the separation of a biosludge (20) generated by the microorganism culture and containing adsorbed dye. The temperature of the main flow of water is reduced to near that of the vessel temperature in an oxygen saturation device between the biosludge separator and vessel. As a result, the concentration of nutrient salts, dye residues and inorganic chemicals is drastically reduced in the flow of purified water to the vessel, and the temperature difference relative to the vessel is eliminated. An Independent claim is also included for the aerobic biological purification system.
