<p>Compounds of formula (I) useful for inhibiting Ras function and therefore inhibiting or treating the abnormal growth of cells are disclosed, or an N-oxide thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, wherein: R and R2 are independently selected from halo; R?1 and R3¿ are independently selected from the group consisting of H and halo, provided that at least one of R?1 and R3¿ is H; R4 is formula (II) or R5; R5 is formula (III), (IV), (V), (VI), (VII), (VIII), (IX), (X) or (XI); and the remaining variables are as defined in the specification.</p> |
