<p>The invention concerns a device for controlling access or occupation time recording data related to the resource, the user and the applicant and data related to the service time requested, characterised in that a transmitting device enables the applicant to communicate these data to an operator, human or artificial intelligence, having a server set recording said data, processing them and transmitting certificates or activating data to a receiver which displays the control data validated by the server set on the basis of the applicant data. The device ensures the compatibility of the whole operation and accepts various modes of payment (prepayment, invoicing, bank cards, smart cards and the like). The invention is applicable to pay parking lots and useful for controlling access to and use of certain types of places or premises.</p> |
