<p>The valve consists of a housing (1) containing a valve seat (5) for a valve (6) and equipped with inlet and outlet channels (20,30) for a cryogenic fluid, situated inside a chamber (15) in which a vacuum is created. The valve stem (9) is actuated by an armature (12) and electromagnetic control coil (13), with a return spring (10) applying the valve against its seat in the absence of a current. The armature is located inside the vacuum chamber and is separated from the winding by a cup (17), with a seal (18) between the edge of the cup and chamber and a retaining nut (21). The valve itself has a bellows element (7) to ensure a complete separation of the cryogenic fluid and the vacuum chamber.</p> |
