The device is formed on a plate, which can be rotated through 360 deg. The plate with a tube is fixed to another vertical tube (3), which can be adjusted in a height direction. Two parallel shafts (17) on the plate are fitted on a joint shaft. Two blocks (18) are arranged on the shafts connected with a transversal shaft. The blocks comprise the training handgrip (20). The handgrip is rotatable through 360 deg. and can move along the parallel shafts. Centrally on the handgrip is a movable ball (21) or movable handgrip which can be screwed on or off as required. The resistance in the device for training joints is formed on the isokinetic principle and involves one or more hydraulic cylinders (13) coupled to the handgrip where the required resistance can be adjusted with an inner regulatable throttling in the cylinder or in each cylinder. |
