FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this particularly relates to environment control in construction of oil and gas wells on ground surface. According to method, liquidation of ground surface storage-collector of drilling waste is started with removing fertile layer of soil, drilling waste are collected in ground storage. Territory of drilling site is covered with layer of gravel. Created in ground basin is counterfiltration screen made of clay. Clarified liquid phase of waste is uniformly sprayed above drilling site until fertile layer of soil is formed again. Thickened phase of drilling waste is made hardened and impermeable screen is applied to upper hard layer. Prior to covering thickened phase with ground, drainage coating is applied to screen. Application of aforesaid method improves efficiency in liquidation of waste storage-collector and in recultivation of allotted ground area. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwgn
