SUBSTANCE: proposed converter includes lens and mask with two rectangular windows corresponding to measurement and reference channels, two photoconverters connected to current amplifiers, two commutators controlled by frequency. Integrator is connected with input to first commutator and with output to two comparators which outputs are linked to setting inputs of flip-flop. Output of flip-flop is connected to controlling input of third commutator that connects clock pulse generator to pulse counter.
