TUBULAR STRUCTURE OF PRELIMINARILY MOULDED BLANK OR MATRIX FOR WELL CASING

FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: tubular structure has wall of composite material. This material is created by fluid resin which hardens at hot polymerization when located between two films that is internal film and external film. Immersed in resin is tubular structure which is made up of flexible intercrossing bunches. Tubular structure can widen in radial direction at reducing length in axial direction under effect of surplus pressure of internal tubular blank. Matrix has inflatable hose which is positioned inside tubular blank. After complete moulding of casing pipe, matrix is separated from blank. Application of aforesaid procedure allows for creation of preliminarily moulded blank when its design represents deformable geometry with high degree of widening or stretching.
